The founder of this Company has attained strength after coming in contact with various Neon sign companies, thus establishing his own Organization namely ASIA NEON  SIGN. Our ability is measured by the satisfaction we give to our Customers.

The percentage of our work consists of mainly large outdoor signs with background filled with neon Curtain tubes to give a glittering effect against the sky mainly at night.

We also undertake the manufacture of smaller signs for the shops and hoarding signs with open neon tubes/ Part neon..

PRODUCTS : 

Neon signs, Bill boards, open neon tubing on Bill boards, Metal Channel.

Letters with neon tubes and acrylic covers, shop signs, interior signs, LED Signage.

NEON:

Lead glass tubes bend in the shape required and filled with neon gas, mostly red Or blue gas is filled in the tubes, if other colours are required, then different coloured tubes are available.

Quality of Neon Tubes:

The neon tubes fabricated are of EGL make (USA) having a walk thickness of 1.3-1.4 as the wall thickness is more and the signs are installed at a high level , the breakage of tubes will be less.

The illumination of these gas filled tubes is done by means of H.T. transformers, connected with H.T. wires.

Fabrication of Neon Signs: 

The signs are usually designed as per the logo of the Company. We then make a full scale Layout showing the number of tubes in each letter and logo. With the help of this layout, we get the metal letters and the neon tubes fabricated.

We give best after sale service to our client. Our main motto is to satisfy our customers by attending to the signs and sorting out the defects within 24 hours.

QUALITY OF METAL :

We fabricate metal letters or background metal boards using 24 gauge Jindal make galvanized sheet, after fabrication of the same, they are polyester powder coated as per clients design and colour scheme. This coating last for 4 to 5 years on outdoor installation.

TRANSFORMERS : 

H.T. transformers used by us are “KELVIN” or “MAGNET”. These are locally fabricated and good in quality.
